5. Intellectual Property

Developed Solutions
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions, except for:
- Pre-existing WorkersLab intellectual property
- Third-party components and libraries
- General methodologies and know-how
WorkersLab Portfolio Rights
WorkersLab reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
WorkersLab agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and will:
Protect proprietary and sensitive information
Use client information only for project purposes
Implement appropriate security measures
Obtain separate NDAs for highly sensitive projects
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Warranty
WorkersLab warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated:
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties
- No guarantee of specific business outcomes
- Third-party service availability not guaranteed
- Client responsible for data backup and security
8. Limitation of Liability
WorkersLab's total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
WorkersLab shall not be liable for:

9. Termination
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate projects with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed through the termination date.
Termination by WorkersLab
WorkersLab may terminate for:
- Non-payment of invoices
- Breach of agreement terms
- Abusive or unprofessional conduct
- Illegal or unethical requests
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
12. Force Majeure
WorkersLab shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet service disruptions.
13. Modifications
WorkersLab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
