We work out what you are actually trying to accomplish. Sometimes that is enterprise infrastructure and sometimes it is a single VPS, and those are very different bills.
Design for uptime
We architect for reliability and speed, not to use every service in the provider's catalogue. Each piece we add is one more thing that can fail.
Deploy and watch
We set it up, test it properly, and put monitoring in place so that we hear about a problem before you do.
Tune as you grow
We watch usage and cost together and adjust as the business changes, which sometimes means telling you to spend less.

Boundaries
What we won't do
Six of them, stated before you sign rather than discovered on an invoice.
- We won't over-engineer a simple problem. Every piece we add is one more thing that can wake somebody up.
- We won't bury cost in the billing. No line for "data transfer" or "premium support" that you find later.
- We won't build something you cannot maintain. If keeping it running needs a DevOps team you do not have, it is the wrong design.
- We won't promise the cloud makes a slow application fast. It does not, and we will tell you what moving actually buys you.
- We won't lock you to one vendor. If you want to leave, the infrastructure should let you.
- We won't self-host to prove a point. Managed services where they earn their price, our own where they do not.

Cloud questions
Should I move to the cloud or stick with traditional hosting?
Depends on your needs. If you're growing fast, need to scale quickly, or want better reliability, cloud makes sense. If you have a simple website that gets steady traffic, traditional hosting might be cheaper. We'll recommend what actually fits your situation.
How long does setup take?
A starter setup runs one to two weeks. Scalable, redundant infrastructure runs two to four. Anything custom depends on what it has to integrate with, and we will not put a number on it until we know.
How much will my cloud hosting actually cost?
It depends on your traffic, data storage, and performance needs. A typical business website might cost $200-800/month. E-commerce or high-traffic sites could be $1K-5K+. We'll give you a realistic estimate based on your actual requirements, not best-case scenarios.
What happens if something breaks?
We monitor your infrastructure 24/7 and get alerts before you even notice problems. If something does break, we fix it. That's included in our management fee. No surprise charges for 'emergency support.'
Can you migrate my existing website to the cloud?
Yes, we handle migrations regularly. We'll plan the move to minimize downtime, test everything thoroughly, and have a rollback plan ready. Most migrations can be done with less than an hour of downtime.
Do I really need all these cloud features?
Probably not. Most businesses need reliable hosting, backups, and basic monitoring. We won't sell you enterprise features you don't need. We'll set up what makes sense for your business and budget.
Do you build the applications you host?
Yes. Our web development team builds sites optimized for cloud hosting, and our AI team knows how to deploy ML models at scale. We can handle the full stack or just the infrastructure.
